執行內容
Paintings conservation is a very specialized profession that requires a deep understanding of paintings materials and techniques. The students develop conservation skills to preserve easel paintings. They apply advanced treatments in order to protect the materiality of the painting surfaces. Microscope and hot suction table are tools the students used when applying treatments. The students’ paintings conservation learning experience has highly increased.
行動目的
We are opening a new course about conservation of easel paintings. It is a continuity of the Conservation of Easel Painting I and II courses. The subject requires many materials and tools in order to apply treatments on paintings.
